The Rod pump includes two parts: a pump barrel assembly and a plunger assembly, and its fixed valve is a pull-out structure, and the pump seat can be pulled out along with the rod column. The tubular rod pump barrel assembly is directly connected and fixed on the tubing string, and goes down to the bottom of the well together with it. The plunger assembly is connected to the position where the sucker rod goes up and down into the bottom hole pump barrel, and reciprocates up and down with it, so as to realize the oil recovery process.

• In the process of oil production, when there is a problem with the floating valve pair and the fixed valve pair, the valve pair can be pulled out through the sucker rod string and plunger, and the valve pair can be pulled out by the puller, instead of pulling the entire rod pump and tubing string out of the well.
