Sucker Rod

We can produce sucker rods, pony rods, weighted rods, sucker rod centralizers and non-API standard drive rods that meet API standards and domestic industry standards. There are C, K, D and non-API standards Standard KD & H grade and specifications cover 3/4in, 7/8in, 1in, 1-1/8in various length sucker rods, pony rods and 1"×7/8"pin, 1 1/8"×1"pin, 1 1/4 "×"pin, 1 1/4"×1 1/8"pin, 1 1/2"×1 1/8"pin Drive Lever, 1 1/4", 1 3/8", 1 1/2" , 1 5/8" , 1 3/4" weighted rod. The centralizers include injection-molded centralizers such as straight grain, twill grain, and spiral type, as well as C-type, clamp and other installation centralizers. The materials are PA66, PPA, PPS, PP, etc., and the quality of the sucker rod is ensured by advanced equipment and technology.

Product performance and advantages:

• The rod body is sandblasted before eddy current inspection to ensure that the surface quality of the rod body is 100% up to standard;

• The company has an advanced 10-roller finishing and straightening machine to ensure that the straightness of the sucker rod material is less than 0.5mm/m;

• Through EMI eddy current inspection, it is ensured that the rod body has no lateral defects exceeding 0.1mm depth and longitudinal defects exceeding 0.5mm depth;

• The fully automatic forging machine manipulator can ensure continuous and stable work for a long time and improve the stability of the forging quality of the club head;

• Through the imported shot blasting machine, the surface of the sucker rod is strengthened to generate residual compressive stress, thereby improving the fatigue life of the sucker rod;

• The automatic TIR straightness inspection system performs straightness inspection to ensure that the straightness is far better than the API standard requirements, and simultaneously measures the sucker rod body and the rod head by laser, and automatically marks and isolates unqualified products.
