The PCP has the advantages of small footprint, low noise, simple installation and use, and low maintenance cost. It is widely used in oil production in high sand and high wax heavy oil wells. The company can produce various specifications of rotors according to well conditions.

• The raw material is made of high-strength alloy steel to meet the maximum strength;

• Each rotor specification provides more than ten small rotor diameters to meet the interference fit requirements of various pumps, thereby improving the efficiency and service life of the PCP. The displacement range of the PCP is from 3 m3/d to 200m3/d (@100rpm);

• The production equipment adopts the high-precision CNC helical milling produced by the German Leistritz company, which ensures the consistency of the rotor line shape;

• The surface chrome plating adopts the domestic advanced chrome plating production line to ensure the quality of the chrome plating on the surface of the rotor, thereby prolonging the life of the rotor.
