KI Series

The PCP has the advantages of small footprint, low noise, simple installation and use, and low maintenance cost. It is widely used in oil production in high sand and high wax heavy oil wells. The KI series drive head is the ground drive device of the PCP, which provides the power source for the oil extraction of the PCP.

• KI series drive head is the safest and most reliable drive head. It cancels the external friction brake disc, adopts independent and automatic hydraulic braking, and uses transmission fluid to obtain the best braking torque and heat dissipation.

• There is no friction during the braking process, which reduces the wear consumption.

• It can be equipped with motors up to 75KW and bearings with 13.7T or 22.8T axial load, and can drive various types of progressive cavity pumps.
