We currently have more than 20 technical R&D personnel, including 3 senior engineers and 12 engineers. All technical R&D personnel have more than 10 years of design and development experience and have established long-term and stable cooperative relations with China University of Petroleum and many scientific research institutes. We not only have a completely independent design and R&D organization, but also maintain close cooperation with Schlumberger foreign design teams.

1. Pumping unit R&D Capability

Using three-dimensional design software to design conventional beam pumping units and reducers to realize the modularization, standardization and serialization of products; a series of design modules for pumping units and reducers are established by using 3D software. Through the reasonable combination of modules, the design requirements of different customers at home and abroad can be quickly completed, and the versatility and interchangeability of the main components of each model can be ensured. The design of the product complies with the standard requirements of the latest version of API SPEC 11E "Specification for Pumping Units"; the current pumping unit models are complete and have covered the range of 25-67-36 to 2560-470-300. The design is safe and reliable, the appearance is beautiful and generous, and it meets the requirements of different customers in different countries.

We also design and develop long-stroke hydraulic pumping units to meet the production needs of heavy oil wells, and the main models are: H30-144, H40-192, H40-240, E30-144, E30-240, E30-336, E40-240, E40-366, E50-240, E50-366.

2. Sucker Rod R&D Capability

We can design and produce API sucker rods, pony rods, couplings and non-API standard driving rods. There are C grade, K grade, D grade sucker rod and non-API standard KD & H grade and specification models cover 3/4in, 7/8in, 1in, and 1-1/8 in. Couplings of T, SM, H, UHS grade, polished rod couplings and crossover couplings are all available. There are injection centralizers such as straight grain, twill grain, and spiral type, as well as C-type, clamp and other installation centralizers. All centralizers are made of PA66, PPA, PPS, PP, etc.

3. Rod pump R&D Capability

We mainly carry out the design and development of conventional Rod Pump, and can develop and design API-RWBC/RWBM, Rod, Thin Wall Barrel, Bottom Anchor Pump, API-RHBC/RHBM, Rod, Heavy Wall Barrel, Bottom Anchor Pump, API-RWAC/RWBM , Rod, Thin Wall Barrel, Top Anchor Pump, API-RHAC/RHAM, Rod, Heavy Wall Barrel, Top Anchor Pump, API-THC/THM, Valve removable ,Tubing Pump and API-RXBC/RXBM, Rod, Heavy Wall Barrel ,Bottom Anchor Pump and other Rod Pump products design and development, the designed and produced Rod Pump meets the requirements of the latest version of API 11AX "Rod Pump".

4. PCP R&D Capability

The products of PCP include VH series, KI series, VHGH series drive head and power unit. The drive head adopts a built-in oil pump and an anti-reverse brake assembly. It reduces the risk of leaking and polluting the environment, and improves product reliability and safety. The brake pads are easy to replace for easy maintenance. The drive head adopts rotary mechanical seals, which greatly prolongs the service life of the seal assembly. The rotor is made of high-strength alloy steel. Each rotor specification provides more than ten rotor diameters to meet the interference fit requirements of various pumps. The displacement range of the PCP is from 3 m3/d to 200m3/d (@100rpm) ; Our production equipment adopts the high-precision CNC spiral milling produced by the German Leistritz company, which ensures the consistency of the rotor line shape; the surface chrome plating adopts the domestic advanced chrome plating production line.
